I got a call today from this number in Grand Island, NY: 716-404-1821. Since they don't identify themselves or leave a message, their number will be blocked. I'm on the Do Not Call list.
If you try calling this number 716-404-1821...it's always busy. Tried calling to find out who it is. Tried maybe 30 times at different times of the day. Busy. Busy. Busy. The number called twice, once at 8:44am, ignored. Then right again, ignored. No messages left, they seem to just call people for the joy of harrassment.
