ok so im still in school, so im flat out appalled at the fact that im gettin such a weird and random letter, im not even 18 yet, so i dont understand why i would be a target, also this is an update!! My letter says they call theyreslves "The Secret Society" and basically how they spent alot of 'time, money, and effort' and 'held meetings' to finding me.
CONGRATULATIONS! You found me! =) its kinda creepy, the letter, althogh i must admit a was a bit flattered at first. it said how they found me through my profile (what prfile?!?!) and how my 'traits' were 'truly impressive' yeah right!! haha and they were pretty determined by theyre words to get me to recieve the 'FREE' 'Forbidden Knowledge' in the form of a '112 page Forbidden System titled: MAKE ALL PEOPLE RICH<INCLUDING THE POOR'
And the fact that the signature read <KATIE> yet the name printed under read KATE. Dont know who these people are but they sure know us...
I Got a letter today. Nov. 17th and I new it was a scam as soon as I looked at it. My letter was also from John. I guess they change the name every now and then.
Here's some Info
A company called kashkow4life.com owns the phone number. At least when I googled 17164477488 thats what came up. Guys name on video was Kevin which is a name assocated with this letter in the past.
Here are some other places to read about this wonderful(sic) company

There is a lot more out there. I sent away for the free book. I know it is part 1 of a 2 part series. The 2nd book will cost you $150.00 USD. That's the deal. Is it a scam? you decide. If you spend the money and learn something that will help you in life than I would say its not a scam. If you buy the 2nd book because you were compelled to do it under false pretense than I think it would be a scam. The company has several different address around the country. Publishing house, processing etc. have different homes so they spread things out. If you want more info just google 716 447 7488 just lile the way I type it and you will get plenty of info.
Bob.
i got the same letter today dec 15th 2008. i guess for the females it's kate and for the males its john or kevin. i did what all of u guys did i googled the number and found this site
I also received the letter Dec 16th 2008. There is no secret society that profiled little ole "Me" and wants to give me free info on how to be a better person. I believe the Bible, Koran has that covered. Sorry Secret Society I'll continue going through the 2nd phase of my life being broke and miserable but knowing that you scammers didn't get my identity or money will make me happy and special!
Did not get a call. The letter is as above. I did find out the following:
The number is registered to a land line in Buffalo, NY. The real estate date on the residence is
Median Home Value $69,000.00.
Home Appreciation 5.5%
Average Income $25,000.00
Do a search for the Attorney General of New York and if you have free calling, call and find out how to file a complaint. Call the BBB and file a complaint, Federal Trade Commission (after you have filed the complaint) as they will not one on just one but if they get a bunch, it is a FEDERAL Crime and also call the Attorney General of your state and they will in all likelyhood had the scoop on these people. Merry Christmas and go get um! and a Big Texas Howdy out there and being sharp enough to find this website to go after them. Apparently from the neighborhood description the media would serve the PEOPLE BETTER is they would get off the political garbage they are putting out and actually help by exposing these people on the evening news or 20/20 or nightline.
