ok so im still in school, so im flat out appalled at the fact that im gettin such a weird and random letter, im not even 18 yet, so i dont understand why i would be a target, also this is an update!! My letter says they call theyreslves "The Secret Society" and basically how they spent alot of 'time, money, and effort' and 'held meetings' to finding me.
CONGRATULATIONS! You found me! =) its kinda creepy, the letter, althogh i must admit a was a bit flattered at first. it said how they found me through my profile (what prfile?!?!) and how my 'traits' were 'truly impressive' yeah right!! haha and they were pretty determined by theyre words to get me to recieve the 'FREE' 'Forbidden Knowledge' in the form of a '112 page Forbidden System titled: MAKE ALL PEOPLE RICH<INCLUDING THE POOR'
And the fact that the signature read <KATIE> yet the name printed under read KATE. Dont know who these people are but they sure know us...
I, too, received that lengthy form letter from "Kate" about a secret organization of movie stars, government officials, etc. They offered to send the "Greatest Kept Secrets" absolutely "FREE"--it is clearly a hoax. The Federal Government has the power to find and dismantle these con artists, hopefully, before they commit fraud on their next victims. Do not give them any information about yourselves. Send these form letters to the State Attorney General's office--they will put a stop to it. The Bible makes it clear that the love of money is the root of all evil and greed. Wealth does NOT bring true happiness--tell that to a terminally ill cancer victim, for example, who can care less about money!
I got one of those letters today, but this is 100% scam because this letter came on my brothers address which i never applied anywhere, so they dont even know my real address, this [***] buy your address from what ever company you applied for something
I got the same letter.I am playing along, want to see what happens next. This has been reported and the FBI are looking into this, I was told by a source I am close to. I am a mental health worker, as someone mentioned above. I want to see what is behind these people's intentions.
