Who called from 7164780822

This is the 11th collection agency to call for the same person that I don't know.   Complaint filed with the Attorney General.

harrassing phone calls threatening legal action if no response.he gave his name as chris cazese and his personal number at office as 866 421 2969
gave reference number 230600 as case number. even when he was hung up on he called right back.

Called saying he was from the IRS and his name was "Ryan Richards" Gave a number to call 1-888-863-5498 and a referenc number too.

I am Ryan Richards.  Its not IRS Jessica it's NRS. I left a message with you for a reason.  Call back and I would be happy to discuss.  Not everything is a conspiracy!  The 888.863.5498 is the toll free line out of a convenience so the person on the other end doesn't have to pay for the call, but feel free to call back on my direct.

Keep getting the same phone call from the same guy, Ryan Richards, although last week I believe it was Chris Cazese, saying something about a case # and he was with NRS, wanting to talk to my husband.  I want these harassing phone calls to stop.  I will not be calling you back.  If you can't send something in writing then you are not legitimate in my eyes.  I don't even know how the [***] they got my phone number and I have never even heard of NRS.
