This number is a personal cell phone number! This number shows up on the caller id as 716-504-6831...The person calling is Sarah Bamber who works for Executive Summary Service out of Amherst, NY 14228...The are trying to use scare tactics to make you pay a loan that may have been paid or the information sold to a third party company, basically trying to collect on old debt! The call back number for the company is 855-264-9131! Complete Scam...Beware Of Both Numbers Mentioned In This Message!
A "Danielle Parker" called my work from this number and said she was calling from Legal Outforce Division regarding a "pending legal matter" in my county. I asked for a case number, and she gave me one. But then when I asked for a phone number to verify the case number with the county, she said she didn't have one because it had not yet been submitted to the county... um then how could there be a case number?? Idiots. I "took a message" for myself (I did not tell her it was me I was speaking to for obvious reasons), and then researched the number a little online where I found out what they were really doing. Called the number back a few minutes later, and a gruff man answered the phone. I told him to take our number off of their list, that I knew exactly what they were doing, and that they were not who they said they were. He was unbelievably rude and started yelling at me that it was not a cell phone number, and that they were calling about an important legal matter, and that it "would be in her very best interest to call them back and handle her business". I told him that there was no one here by that name, no one was going to vall them back, and that they better take our phone number off of their list. It's very telling when they won't give you any company information, and just go from vague to rude. A real law office or county office would NEVER talk to someone that way! What an [***], and what a SCAM!
