Justin called regarding a credit card that I had. I went back to the original creditor with my account number and they sent me to some other company who sent me to Account Discovery Systems where some girl named Michelle picked up and sent me to him. I made sure he sent me a letter as I used to work in collections and know how this process works. I was about to report him if it wasn't. Everything was fine.
Guy left message this morning, claiming to be an attorney and needs to verify name and ssn for court response. Claims he wants to "keep this out of the courts". He has somehow obtained my daughters cell and called her and asked first if she was my ex-wife. No idea why since been divorced 15+ years. Has to be a REALLY old debt if at all.
I don't know but this guy called me from this number. At first i thought he was going to be a jerk..but he turned out not what i was expecting..i had some problems with my health and he gave me some options...really worked with me

Will you give us his name, physical address and website?
OR
Have you been partaking of excessive jolly juice on this President's day, and just had to post something here?
