Justin called regarding a credit card that I had. I went back to the original creditor with my account number and they sent me to some other company who sent me to Account Discovery Systems where some girl named Michelle picked up and sent me to him. I made sure he sent me a letter as I used to work in collections and know how this process works. I was about to report him if it wasn't. Everything was fine.
ID themselves as Account Discovery Systems, a debt collection company.

'Justin Miller' called from some bank claiming I was a reference to 'April *don't remember last name that was fabricated'. The scammer must have wrong information cause he had my name correct but I don't know any April.

I talked to Justin regarding my old credit one account that I had a few years ago. I appreciated the fact that he actually tried to work with me unlike some of these other collectors who just want to throw you a line of crap or beat you down to pay your bill. He was very courteous and conducted himself in a professional manner. I own my own company and do customer service. It is a very difficult job to do and he got my approval. I would take him as an employee for my company any day.
