I get the same calls twice a day from that 716 616 3571 number saying I need an attorney do you know what they are? have they sent you any letters or just phone calls?
Same here. Call from 716 616 3571 stating they are calling from Jeffery Dobbins and to contact them at 844-709-9833. I called it from business phone and immediately placed on hold with music for about 3 minutes. A male named "Nicholas Anderson" answers and asks for my phone number, I give it to him to find out what it's all about. He stated he was trying to get in touch with "Kevin" and I informed him there were no Kevin's at this number. I asked him if this was a scam etc...he replied "No Sir". I got his address National Filings & Claims, 3608 Delaware Ave, Tanawanda, NY. 14150. A google search produced no results on the "844" number nor the name of the company. Nick confirmed the spelling of the city name. A google search of the address brings up a "Tonawanda" (note the "O" instead of "A" following the "T"), it is also located at an interchange of I-295. When I asked him to give me his name again, he replied. "Nicholas Sanders".
Just received a call from this number. The voicemail states they have left several messages and have not received a return call. They are from the office filing claims and that its important to speak with me. They gave me a file number and a toll free number to call back , 888-446-9116 which leads to a Chuck Carey Design LLC in Florida among other hits off google.
The message stated the caller has left several messages. I have reviewed my log and this is the first call I am aware and able to trace. The message sounded like it was recorded. My thoughts are,,,,,SCAM! I have no intentions to return communication. I am not totally proficient in claims and attempts to retrieve money that their message suggests but I would be pretty certain I would be getting certified mailings if this was legit. Oh, and I don't owe anything or have any loans to claim on. So further puts this as a scam!
These guys have been calling me every day for about two weeks, but when I answer it's just silent. When they leave a message, it's silent, too! So annoying. They always seem to call when I'm having a romantic dinner with my husband.
