Hey Yvonne , I'm sorry that my company was calling you but they buy bebt that other agencies are collecting on as well they were never trying to scam you just trying to collect on debt they bought. I did not say they were not reputable and I never stated we were attrnies i said i work for a group of private investing attornies /two different things. i stated that you can pay thr BBB to get a higher rating so they are not reputable. Anyway I never disrespected you or called you a name, I'm sorry for the gentleman you spoke with but I have always spoke to you with respect. Well somewhere along the line you took out a payday loan I'm sorry my company bought the debt and tried to collect on it how is that a scam??? Thanks to you I lost my job a d I have a one year old daughter that I take care of , you are so in educated its sad, thank god I have a bachelor degree I don't belong at a place like that anyway good luck Yvonne
This is a fake debt collection company Robert James & Associates. See forum thread for their last phone number 716-242-7588 for information about these frauds. The address I found is 266 Elmwood Avenue/Suite 369/Buffalo, NY. I looked the address up on Google Maps and it appears to be the Stuyvesant Apartments building. These two idiots, Anthony Capolla and Roy Hamilton, must save a lot on overhead by working out of their tweaker pad...er...apartment.. Getting sick of this crap. Maybe I should shuffle off to Buffalo and pay these losers a visit. I'm so sick of getting phone calls from assorted dregs trying to rustle up some cash for their drug habits.
I am not sure either but the Christine gave me her ext 206 and stated she wouldn't bother me again. I received another call today from an unknown number on my job and the guy got really frustrated. I began to explain to him he got frustrated and hung up. I am glad saw this..
I know what you mean these people have been harassing me and my family for months now and wont send me any paperwork to me when I asked for the paperwork they said they sent it to an address I haven't lived in in 4years. So now that I know this is an apartment complex it kind of explains why when we got disconnected it said that the magic jack had disconnected. I am disabled and sick and this lady named sarah who said she was a jag officer in the military and I am a veteran said that she could talk to a jag officer about this matter if I would give her there phone number I said I would not because I don't have any paperwork to talk to them about. God I hate scammers
This is a fake collection agency. They gave us the name PCS and Associates. They have been calling us daily and stating that they are going to be filing a 24 hour notice of intent. Today, the harrassment reached a new level. I was called every name in the book and repeatedly called over and over about 10 times in a 15 minute period. I am trying to figure out how to stop all of this. They are calling my family too! We don't owe this debt!
