Finally I aswered and "tyler" an attorney that represented some credit card company is giving me until 5:00 p.m. today to pay up or his practice will sue me.I don't even know what Cr.Crd they are talking about. They want my bank acct number (they require it by law). I said okay and hung up. Called again from 716-636-6168. Said they will sue me for sure by 5:00 pm today!

The crime wave in Western New York continues…Keith Marshall and Richard Ziolkowski have set up their criminal debt collection operation near Buffalo, NY, debt collection capital of the world.
In typical ‘Buffalo-Style’ tactics Marshall & Ziolkowski are out there posing as law enforcement, attorneys and court personnel to extort monies from innocent consumers, under the threat of pending litigation they are incapable of.
Marshall & Zilkowski (or as the front of their building says MAZE) violate FDCPA so many times in one call you can walk out of court with the titles to their Mercedes and pay off the debts you actually owe.
Collecting on time barred debts is common with these slimy future prison inmates, they lie about everything, have no clue of the law, and don’t care.

They called threatening my Freedom telling me that they were going to send a sherriff to my house to arrest me for fraud. Then direclty after that they told me to make things better by getting out my check book and to make them a payment for $1000.00. Then they continued to say that i should be ashamed of myself due to the standing of my credit and they called my mohter a [***]. They were yelling and screaming at me non-stop and they told me that i was a waste of life.
I recieved a message on my cell that said, "Yes, my name is Mike Johnson with the Law Office of Marshall and Ziolkowski. Uhh, its extremely important you contact me reguarding a suit, its a fraud investigagtion being taking place out of Bakersfield, California. Now you can reach me at 800-690-6293, direct line is 125. You're also going to have to referr to case number ******-***, thank you."
I was a little shocked to recieve a call like that, so I called the number back. The man answering did answer, "Law Office of Marshall and Ziolkowski". I asked for extention 125, and he asked who I was trying to reach. I again stated extention 125, and he again asked for the name of the person I was calling. I asked why I was giving an extention number if they did not have an extention system set up, and he skipped over my question and again asked for a name. I informed him I was trying to get a hold of a Mike Johnson, and he placed me on hold. I didn't hold but eight to ten seconds, and then I was greeted by, "hello". I asked who I was speaking with, and he told me he was Mike Johnson and I said I was calling about a case number, I gave it to him and he placed me on hold while he got the file from his secratary. At this point I hung up. I found it strange they didn't have the extention system in place, yet I was given an extention in my message. Also, he did not thank me for holding, or even greet me with his name. I got a really bad feeling about the whole thing, so I trusted my instinct and hung up. Upon doing so, I got right on my computer and started searching for information on the name and phone numbers I had. That's when I came across a lot of sites informing me of them illeagal actions and scams. I wanted to take a moment to thank all those of you who have taking the time to post your experiences with these bad people. It has saved me time, and possibly money in dealing with these mad men.
Call the UPS Store that Marshall and Ziolkowsky use: 6558 4th Section Road #321, Brockport, NY 585/637-0130 and speak to the manager John. Tell him what they are doing. Tell all your friends to call also. Then call the Buffalo Attorney General's office of consumer fraud 716/853-8400 and ask for a complaint form. They know these guys and just need enough people to start calling.
