These people tell lies. They have called me for weeks leaving no message. Finally I aswered and "tyler" an attorney that represented some credit card company is giving me until 5:00 p.m. today to pay up or his practice will sue me.I don't even know what Cr.Crd they are talking about. They want my bank acct number (they require it by law). I said okay and hung up. Called again from 716-636-6168. Said they will sue me for sure by 5:00 pm today!
I am an attorney in Indiana, and an adjunct business law professor. I didn't receive a call from this number, but the last time I ran my credit report, they showed up on it as an inquiry. I have never had dealings with them and have no delinquent accounts, so their inquiry violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (they gave their reason for inquiry as "debt collection", which is not a valid reason in my case).
If anyone else has had this happen to them, please let me know. I am planning on suing them in the near future.

MY daughter Johnesha Banks had receive several phone call from telephone number 716-362-4900 ext 125, Law office of Frank S Falzone, and the person that keep calling her is Tracy Allen or Allan threating her about a debt that do not pertain her. Stating that she own a VISA debit card from a company by the name of "CLOUT", that no longer exist. My daughter and I was a victim of identity theft back in 03/2005. My daughter was a freshman at that time, and someone from her school (we believe her roommate) stolen her information, and apply for a credit card using her information, and not only that, also, clean out our bank account. My daughter and I, both filed police report (as far as the police report this matter was closed, because they felt that anyone could had tamper with my daughter information, and her roommate dropped out of college when she learned that my daughter and I filed a police report), closed on that account, contact the Social Security to put a protection watch on both of our social security numbers. When I call to speak with Tracy Allen/Allan, she did not know or have any information on or about my daughter. She was trying to get some information from me. She did not know the spelling of my daughter name. So, that alone tell me that this was just a scam that they are trying to rip someone off. I also, look them up in the BBB's and their rating "F". Knowing all that I want to file this complaint to ask you to stop the harassment and threat upon my daughter, from Falzon Law firm. the same thing happened to me. I noticed frank s falzone and associates pulled a credit report on me without any permissible purpose. I am intending on filing suit. I have contacted them and asked what their purmissible purpose is and they failed to give an answer other than theya re allowed. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED to pull a credit report Pintos v pacific creditors in the 9th cric court of appeals and mone v dranow also in the 9th circuit court clearly states that unless there is a judgement or the consumer initiated a credit app or transaction, they are NOT aloowed to pull a credit report.
