Today I just received a call from these people saying there's a claim I have to settle? I don't have any claims, I'm just a full-time college student that works two jobs. Don't own anything other than my cellphone, which is paid two weeks in advance every month. Also said my claim was in Orange County, I don't even live in Orange County, I live in New Jersey and there is no Orange County in New Jersey (from what I'm aware, even looked it up). Can't stand scammers.

I have had the same problem. They have all my personal info, but stated an e-mail, loan & checking account I don't have. They are trying to collect money on a loan I don't have & are threatening me with court & jail time
I to havr received calls. From these people. They wont send me information for who they are represented. By law they are required to send out information in writing
