yes a Michael Jankowski/Kankowski/Cakowski something to that affect from a blackman & something cant understand him & associates......saying that its a legal matter that someone has filed against me and it will be filed in the county??.....and I have 48hrs to contact them back....they said the last four digits of a ss# and that anyone with those as the last four will get the suite filed against them.....said documentation has been sent?? If I don't call them back within 48hrs that they would not be able to help me....

I received a call from 716-748-6060.  A man named Nicholas from John Cohen's office at NCS had been retained to file suit against me and that I had 48 hours for myself or my attorney to call them back with my statement.  They also have called my office and asked that I call back 877-253-8240 ext. 102.  What the hell?

I received a call from 716-748-6060.  A man named Nicholas from John Cohen's office at NCS had been retained to file suit against me and that i had to pay 296.00 dollars or they would be going to attach my wages through northamton county  for fraud. Which was clearly a lie!!.  I said what this dept that i currently owe,  He proceeded to tell me is was from 2008 cash advance.  When i told him i claimed bankruptcy and it was paid up.  He stated yes i see that but it s still owed.  I said i never received a letter or phone call or nothing about this now you want to attach my wages.  He said we could clear it up over the phone,  I said i think not i will be contacting mt attorney.  Besides the fact i do not reside in northampton county for the past 4 years and if i owed this money why do you not have a proper address,  Once i said i will sue you.  He stated his office was closing ad to get back in touch with him when i can.
