Just received called from this number 716-780-4155. Said he was from the IRS. Left this number for me to call him. That I should not disregard this message or I would be in trouble. I really couldn't understand what all he said, because he had a thick foreign accent which made it difficult for me to understand. I knew immediately that this was not right, because this is the second call I've received in a matter of two months that I've received concerning this type of call. Different numbers but basically the same.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
