Received a random similar undescript call the other day to my cell. I do not answer unknown callers that don't appear in my address book. CID only as Buffalo, NY. Same MO as other scam calls. It's also worth mentioning on another CID web site this caller doesn't talk when others answered. Again - same MO as other scams.
