The word you are looking for is DEBT, not debit. Just because Cathy chose the wrong word doesn't mean you should, too, especially since you're supposedly the DEBT collector trying to get money from her.
So Cathy, a lifelong deadbeat and the sole cause of national economic collapse, is supposed to drop everything for an indirect order to verify that she might owe something, and then pay you for doing your job? I'm not sure since I had to read your run-on train wreck four times to comprehend any of it. Anyway, pulling credit reports is not how debts are validated, and it's impolite to demean people you've never met, so thanks for the FDCPA violations.
I guess you also suggest that doing what you want will magically erase that nasty credit report tradeline, which maybe you put there without proper cause in the first place. Thanks for the CROA and FCRA violations, too. I know Cathy will appreciate them when she sends a process server to your front door.
Mom: "Al-LAAAAAN! It's another man with papers for you!"
Alan: (off camera, muted) "Tell'm I'm sick, Maaa!"
Server: "He doesn't sound sick to me, ma'am."
