I've gotten multiple calls from this number asking for someone else (so evidently they have the wrong number) stating a case number with the Hamilton county legal department and that I am aware of the charges against me and either me or my attorney needs to respond. Well not me because the name they keep leaving isn't me. Find it funny because the number comes up as West Seneca NY on caller id but claims to be from Hamilton county. I'm not from New York and do not have a New York area code but upon doing a simple google search West Seneca is in Erie county ! Not Hamilton! Also I read the comments on here so far and there is a comment from someone named Alan that made zero sense and once I listened to the last message left the person speaking introduces himself as Alan! I'm close to reporting this number because at first I thought it was something serious for someone else but now I know it is just a scam.
Received call from a male named Alan. Claimed I owed money to Portage county for taxes. I advised I always pay my taxes, send me documentation in mail regarding the debt. He quoted my social security number , as a number that is not mine. I told him not my social. He began to get upset hollering and screaming, stating I'm going to court. I replied, Ok, send me the notice in the mail. He hung up
Allen Maloney left a message on my 11 year old daughter's phone demanding a callback. Charges are about to be filed against her as a 20 year old. I left you my number, Mr. Maloney. Can't wait to hear back from you. And, until you grow the hardware necessary to call a grown military veteran back, resort to eating a bag of d$!ks instead of calling my 6th grade daughter. And if you do call, be sure and leave an address where you can be found.
