Been getting calls from them since May they don't seem to keep the same number for long. Started with an illegal automated message. I called back and demanded a debt validation letter which they refused to send saying they were not legally required. After arguing with the guy he said he would send it yet here it is in October and I've yet to recieve anything by mail. Now they send actual people voicemail. I told them in May when I spoke to them before I will not speak to them until I recieve something in writing for my lawyer to scrutinize. Their last message said I'd be served in 72 hours it's been over 8 days. Also this company is actually Prime Credit Solutions located at 255 Great Arrow, Buffalo NY. I'm going to my lawyers in the morning so they can copy all their illegal voicemails for my FDCPA lawsuit. Google your rights under the FDCPA before you deal with these people.
I started getting calls from this number in July, no one that called identified themselves or who they were calling for. I attempted to call the number several times and it went to voicemail, which still did not identify the caller. When the vm picked up you couldn't understand what was said til it asked you to leave your personal info, like that's going to happen. I had to pay to find out who this was. Came back as Samuel Belkins, supposedly PCS, yet the phone number was in his name. I filed a complaint with the FDCPA and PCS/Sam Belkins would not respond to the complaint, which tells me pretty much that they are not legit. Now, I am getting calls from a 716-248-2136, which coincidently is from the same area as the number above. Hmmm. Makes one wonder doesn't it?
Claim to be collecting on a completely different amount today. When I reiterated I want a debt validation letter they said since they are not a debt collector they don't have to provide one then proceeded to try and bully me into paying. They claimed they're an attorney network yet when I asked the guy if he's a lawyer he said no. They claim they can only send written documentation by email and then only if you agree to a payment plan. When I told him I have a paid in full statement they told me they are collecting on the interest and the company I paid was collecting on the ballance. This is not what they told me originally saying I owed on a second debt. They can't even get their stories straight! Calling my lawyer again this is madness.
