This cell has dialed my teen's cell many times, he/shh does not answer and the caller leaves a voice mail message. There is some audible squealing or breathing.
Reverse # checking identifies the cell belonging to someone in Buffalo, NY or another NY vicinity and identifies the # as a landline.
If is doesn't stop we will report this to the appropriate agency.
