I had a call to my work from Bryan Andrews. I just had a message to call him with a complaint against me and a case #. I never responded and now 2 weeks later they told my Human resources management they were coming to serve me papers on Friday if I don;t call Bryan Andrews. I tried to call but got a voicemail.that said they were out to lunch and couldn't leave a message because voicemail was full. It sounds like BS to me.. I guess I'll see what happens. I don't recall owning anybody anything.
These idiots called yesterday about 3 times in a row. I never answer calls from a Private Number, after the 3rd attempt they finally left a message. Guy said his name was Brian Andrews but can not confirm last name because there was so much background noise on his end. He also said there was an injunction filed against me (at least injunction is the word I thought I heard, again too much background noise) that could freeze my license and any bank accounts I had and wanted to put in a statement in my defense.
Shortly after this my mom called me and said she got a call from a private number as well. The voice mail she received was directed to my wife and said something to the affect that she was implicated in a case against me.
Back in December of 2013 there was a "law firm" that said I owed 17k from a credit card, if the case was brought to court but they would like to settle before it went to court the next day for around 5k. I told them I had no record of having this credit card and sent them and the collection agency that they supposedly represented a certified letter saying they had 30 days to produce proof that I owned that account or else they needed to drop it and remove this information from my credit report, which was not on there when checked. The letter to the so called law firm was not delivered do to an incorrect address but the letter to the collection agency was.
A couple of months ago I got a call from another private number and the guy left a voice mail that said his name was Michael Miskano and he was going to serve me some papers within the next 24-48 hours and I should have 2 forms of identification when he showed up. He also said that this was a courtesy call and if I had any questions I could call the filling party at xxx number (pretty sure it was a 716 area code if memory serves me. Of course no one ever showed up to serve me papers, I'm guessing they were trying to lure me into calling them back to try to get me on the phone and harass me.
My next move is to report these people to the authorities.

A Mr. Marzazk said there was a complaint filed against me and I should call 716-980-4167 tomorrow morning and ask for Brian Andrews. I was given a complaint number to give out and that I should call before court papers are filed against me this Friday.
