I had a call to my work from Bryan Andrews. I just had a message to call him with a complaint against me and a case #. I never responded and now 2 weeks later they told my Human resources management they were coming to serve me papers on Friday if I don;t call Bryan Andrews. I tried to call but got a voicemail.that said they were out to lunch and couldn't leave a message because voicemail was full. It sounds like BS to me.. I guess I'll see what happens. I don't recall owning anybody anything.
A person called saying his name was Brian Andrews from 716-980-4167. He said that my wife had debt on a credit card and tried to do a settlement. My wife agreed to pay 2X of 283 (each paycheck) dollars and after that small payments of 90 dollars pr month. She did the first payment (283). After that, I realized that this could be a scam because Brian Andrews did not present any documentation, e-mail or anything explaining the debt, or any information from the company he was representing.
My wife went to the bank and cancelled her debit card, because the first transaction was made by debit card. A few days later the same person (Brian Andrews) called and left a voicemail message saying that the payment did not go through and he was going to file for a dispute. I tried to call him, but it goes directly to his voice mail box and also there is no way to left him a message because his voice mail box is full.
Today my wife called me and said that Brian Andrews left a voicemail message saying that he had called her employer to confirm if she was working there and also said that he is going to file for a dispute.
