Have had several calls from this number in the past couple of days. Never leaves a message. Gotta be a scam

Just got this call too. Didn't recognize the number, and don't know anyone in Niagra Falls NY so I turned it on and right back off before the second ring.  I consider this a scam call..

Called the number and they say it is not in service. How can a number not in service keep calling me?

Telemarketer, left message about "if you fall and cannot get up."

The caller, 716-990-6232,called us @13:03, it left no message. When I returned the call 1 hour later. Message: The quick number you dialed is not in service, message 21,DUF."
