Who called from 7172717356

I returned the phone call on a different # and the computer instantly thanked me for calling back!!! Then it went right into the sale/scam pitch of raising money for Fraternal/Police/State/ campaign.  The rebuttals were quick and repetitive.  I've had these calls at other times this year.  This particular # was a VoIP Level 3

Yep, we received a call from this number.  The Caller ID listed it as "Unknown." We don't answer calls from phone numbers we don't recognize.

Calls at least 3 times a day over the last 2 days. Person on other end just keeps saying hello a couple times on answer machine. Never leaves an actual message. Number comes up as unknown.

This number keeps calling my cell phone at all hours. No message left

This is a great practice to all. If you don't recognize the Caller-ID, just don't answer. If it is important enough, they will leave a message. Otherwise it's just another scam.
