Received a phone call from what was obviously a call center, no one answered me, but I could hear 3 distinct voices talking about a football game they watched. Very professional....
They call three times a day every day. Im registered on the National Do Not Call list and they continue. They ask to speak to the Electric Bill account holder which is my husband. He's already asked them to stop calling and take our number off of their list. They still call! I answered another time and reminded them we asked to be removed and the woman was very rude. She said, "We are only interested in talking to the account holder so I will try again later" then hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he would remove my name but if I still get calls, I should just ignore them. We still get calls,
