Who called from 7172861626

Allegedly soliciting for police. Apparently a scam since police don't solicit by phone.

This is literally a robot (Joel Collins) you are talking to.  If you confuse it enough it will put a human on the line to try to get a donation from you.  If you ask him if he's a robot he will respond "Due to quality control purposes I may only reply with scripted responses."  He'll then try to switch you to a human.

Multiple calls from this number and no one is on the phone.  Something is not right with this.

Could very well be a computer call simply checking for live numbers.
