I think this is one of those supposed charity numbers that calls to raise funds for say The Fraternal Order of Police,
which barely gets a percentage of your donation. I never donate to any charity online or by phone.

I stopped donating online as you never know if the people calling are really from the charity they're calling for.

The guy I knew that had the FOP scam going built a $300,000 race car in 4 mos time and spared NO expense !!!

I got a call from this number but when i answered they never said a word, then the line went dead. Called back, guy answers and says they are from one of those "bill-saving-energy companies" I don't remember the name. Guy sounded kind of unsure. Finally told them not to call again. I believe however I got a called from them before.
