Who called from 7174468595

Person asked to speak to me by name.  When I said "that's me", they hung up.

Tire of getting this call all the time, so I answered, and nobody was there. This sounds like a scam to gain access to your computer through you phone.

Another number permanently blocked!

We get more of these scam phone calls now than we ever did in years past. Mondo annoying.

The number 1-717-446- 8595 is a robo call.  I'll bet if they call "The Donald" they would be shut down emediately... BUT our wonderful government can't do this... They don't know how to...  Yeah, and I'll bet they still believe in the Tooth Fairy too!
