I received a call at my brothers house of all places about this. I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. Payday loans are actually illegal in my state. They are wanting $1000.00 payment saying if I don't pay it I will be arrested. It is a fast speaking middle easterner or indian influence, I called the state police and informed them. I called the number back and told them im aware that they are a fraud and that I had notified the state police. I asked him if he knew Osama Bin Ladan or Sadam Hussein and informed him that they hung Sadam, maybe they will catch up with him too! LMAO
I have to admit the question about him knowing Osama Bin Ladan or Sadam Hussein gave me a chuckle. I may have to try that when he calls me again, because he will call again. I have reported each new number they call from and I guess the authorities can't stop them. I was told by the FBI that this is a scam. So, as long as "Sean Wilson" with his thick Indian accent wants to call, I'll keep hanging up.
I got a call from this number at my place of employment and my cell phone, I have gotten calls before with their thick accent and fake names from Legal Department, this time the idiot says your Social Security number is blocked, what are you a fool you can not block a person social security. Anyway I decided to play their game and call back as said I am from the Law Offices of Nickels and Nickels, I represent ‘UPSET” in a legal matter against your company, I would like to speak to Jack Fernandez....I said before you go any further, I have investigated your company's number and know you are not located in the United States but in Pakistan, and you did not block my clients Social Security number and you do not work for the United States Government...I have filed a complaint with the Terrorist Department and the FBI; you are not to call my client at her place of employment, cell phone or home; any documentation needs should be sent to her home address as all matters pertaining to this case will know be handled in the United States Court of LAW....of course the idiot did not know how to respond and kept trying to interrupt me so I said no you listen I represent my client and will deal with you by way of legal channels only, if my client gets any additional foreign threatening calls again we will continue to add to the pending charges and we already know the number is a third party number and our government will find the necessary information to arrest you and anyone within your organization for falsely misrepresenting yourself as a agent of the United State government, good day...
