They called me this morning and they are the most RUDEST people I have ever spoke to in my life! I explained to them to call my mother to speak with her and told her that she was at work and the lady demanded to speak with me and my mother at this exact moment. If Fed Loans wants to come to Iowa and arrest me for not paying my student loans, let them. I'm not taking any more calls from these people or anything. I am fed up with them calling me all hours of the day even when I am at work. If they read this, they need to know about the harrassment. If YOU want us to give you the money we owe you for going to school, why don't you find us a JOB that will give you the money we owe you? Most of us can't even find a job we went to school for!!!!!!!! All because you stupid [***] people voted for Obama. Seriously.
They might not be calling about you... Could be a family member or a friend... So they just might want info on were to find someone or get you to harass the person there looking for becuase you want them to stop calling you. This person could have put you down as a reference contact(not a co signer) at some point.
Not True.... When i took out my US Dept Ed & Salie Mae Loans in the 90's my Account was my SSN. So any time I want to talk to them they wanted your SSN because that was your Account#. Not saying I agree with it or liked it just stating the fact. They since change it but my loans still have socail as the Account number or as part of it.
I received a call from this number with no message. I was really upset to learn that it is FedLoan Servicing. I do have student loans with them, but I am not behind with them! I have received no mail from them, or emails, or messages of any kind to tell me that I may or may not have loans coming out of deferrment. Adds more stress!
