Called telling us we won a Cruise as well, but had to pay $300 per person. We did enter into some raffle which was NOT specified as a trip and I hung up on him after he kept insisting for my credit card information. They were at a comic book convention in Syracuse, NY. DID NOT PAY A CENT! Don't fall for it either.
They called me yesterday and told me behalf of Ramada I won a package with 75% discount and asked for my credit infor. I tried to call back to make sure, but no body pick up the phone. They gave customer service number 1-800-203-9783. I called custome service but they can not confirm it. something is going on...
I recieved a call from 1-718-228-0774 and it was a scam "you won a FREE holiday and cruise trip". Fly down and pay for the flight and docking fees etc. When I told them I didn't have a credit card they said they couldn't wait to give the trip away and so that they would be calling somebody else.
It sounded like a bar that they were calling from. Totally unprofessional. Transferred me to the "Manager" which starting calling me by my first name and arguing with me about their credibility. I responded, Sir, you just called me by my first name and have a party going on in the background.. then was googling their address from the coupon I got in the mail and it said fradulent, they hung up right away.
Starting recieving calls today. Entered at a local fair and carnival at a nearby city. Draw was for a Ipod Shuffle as a door prize but it was from a company...cruise lines?...could of been Carnival. In anycase I was curious as to why a stateside number was calling as I'm in Canada. I called back and it said "Broadview Network". So I googled the number and came across this listing. Thanks for the information. Now I know.
