THIS NUMBER IS AN ARAB WOMAN DRIVING A BRAND NEW RED VOLVO.
That is her cell phone number she is originally lived in Palestine and now a US citizen.
I was called by this number (718-233-3851) on November 4th at 2:33 p.m. When I picked-up the phone (after several rings), there was no one there. Number was on my caller I.D., so I immediatedly called back. A man answered with just "hello" (no business name) and I can hear a lot of talking in the background; sounded like a call-center. I asked,
"Did you just call me?",
to which the man replied,
"Yes, are you a Con Edison customer?" (Con Edison is the dominant electricity provider in New York City)
I should have then asked him who he was but I was preoccupied so I started hemming and hawing, saying something like,
"Uh..well...ah...". As I spoke, I heard an echo of myself and then the line disconnected.
I then Googled the phone number and landed here. The other reports here seem to confirm my suspicions of this caller being scammers.
