Suspect this caller from (718)258-9053 is not legitimate (SCAM). Same caller calls with proposal to lower interest rates on credit cards. When you place their number on the DO NOT CALL list, then they call you yet again using a different telephone number. PHONE HARASSMENT!
"This is an important message regarding your current credit card account. We have made several attempts to reach you. This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate. Press one to speak to the member services department or press two and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire."
I was waiting for a call and picked this up by mistake without looking at ID. When I said "Hello" they hung up. I have received other calls from this # and they usually hang up when my answer machine picks up. ID just says New York.
