Called yellowpages.com and they claim it's an old customer or some such crap that's using their name to do this and get complaints against them. A customer with an East Indian accent. Sounds like B.S. to me because a good amount of call centers outsource to India for customer service and why would an irate customer go to that length?
Ive gotten this call about 10 times today. I called yellow pages and they said its not them but their I.T. and legal departments are looking into it. Also,they are compiling a list of everyone being called.
I called Operations Manager on his cell phone: 626-379-5537 (Ops MGR: Rufus Jones) and heard his message stating they are investigating the problem. I left a voice mail message for customer service to register a complaint and to have my number removed from their list. They close at 5pm pacific time.
