Who called from 7182729956

My daughter answered.  The caller asked if they were speaking with Vanessa (my wife).  My daughter said no and asked who was calling and they hung up.

Same thing. They called me 6 times today and I picked up twice. As soon as I say hello they hang up.

Have gotten a call from this same number every darn hour today.  Nobody there, try calling number back, is disconnected.  How do you get this insanity to stop!?

I WOULD LIKE THIS NUMBER BLOCKED FROM CALLING MY CELL PHONE, KEEPS CALLING AND DON'T SAY ANYTHING.
