I don't want to reveal my name, however the callers name was said to be james tate badge # 1331 from a attorneys office and the call had something to do with Lee county, ( non compliance)
these people are scammers tell them u have reported them and if they continue harassing u contact the local law enforcement these people need to be stopped
Called my husband stating, I took out a loan online in 2009, and was mailed a Visa card with $500 on it!!! They said I gave them a checking account # and they tired to get the money back out of that account, and I closed the account!!! They said, if I don't pay $220 to settle, that they were filing a criminal case against me Monday!!! This is a scam I never took any loans!!!!!!!
