Who called from 7182801902

This company is a fraud Trinty Taylor called me said I have a civil suit from paydayloan.com I googled this company and a 100 company's came up.   I took out one loan and I have proof but these companies keep changing the name of the payday loan and account number.  I am emailing Tiffany at Williams & Associates ((fake la firm)) my proof along with a cease and desist order........Im not paying another dime [email protected]   718-280-1902 ext 7014-----there is no pick up order, I contact my local police department and they advised me to get all ino and record all calls and because she gave me her email they can tract the IP address and find out who it is actually registered to.

This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that you’re persistent actions including but not limited to harassing phone calls to me, threats to be served with felonious warrants at my place of employment, harassing my friends and family and also felonious charges being filed against me.  Your tactics have stressed me out mentally and this whole ordeal has become unbearable. You are ORDERED TO STOP such activities immediately as they are being done in violation of the FRCA and FDCPA laws. I have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute harassment, and I will pursue any legal remedies available to me against you if these activities continue. These remedies include but are not limited to: contacting law enforcement to obtain criminal sanctions against you, filing a complaint with BBB, the Attorney General’s office as well as filing a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and suing you civilly for damages I have incurred as a result of your actions.  This letter acts as your final warning to discontinue this unwanted conduct before I pursue legal actions against you. This order acts as ONE FINAL CHANCE for you to cease your illegal activities before I exercise my legal rights.

received a call from my brother to call this number 718-280-1902 as its regarding a fraud charge. firstly thats too much information to be passing to a relative (its against the law). they quoted the wrong address to try to get me to give an address. when i asked for the validation of debt, then he wants my email address. you should already have that information. he couldn't provide it & then said well im gonna tell the customer you have no wish to settle this now that they should pursue you legally. my reply, have a blessed day & hung up my phone. the person's name was mr green

Thank you all for your posts.  I have been contacted by these threatening individuals as well.   Two threatening messages left on my machine.  Using the name of a relative, accused me of hiding things.  Requested to be taken off of their message system and they said that would be fine.  Came home to another threatening message today.  Person speaking is Sarah Baldwin.   Contacted my relative and informed them to not try to communicate with these people as it is highly suspicious.  Threatening prosecution.  I don't have a clue as to what the you know what they are speaking about and either does my family.   Tried to call back and no one answers.  Googled the attorney name and there is a legitimate collection attorney with the same name but Alexander added.   Called and because of the time difference  could not speak to anyone.  Did not leave a message.  Will add,though, that they are upfront in there message that they are a debt collector.  The Williams and Associated never mention that in any sense of the word.  Only trying to get information about the person who's name they have....Be AWARE!!!  Thank you.  I hope that this helps someone who may feel threatened by them.    R.

I just notified my phone company that is also my cable company and there is an option to block their number and if they hack through that then to contact the security and abuse number and email my provider as well to report and they will forward to law enforcement.   They take this very seriously....thanks again....

Why aren't the police doing something about this?  This fraudulent company should be arrested.
