Both men had heavy Middle-Eastern accents.
Claiming the they were agents with the International ID Treasury Department of the IRS. Mr. Fernandez stateted I violated Section: 3P503 Treasury Maditory law.
He said I frauded a 2014 tax W-2 form and will be arrested in violations.
He went on to say the police are on their way to arrest me along with the FBI.
I was told not to leave the country, state, or city.
When I tried to ask questions he abbruptly hung up the phone.
I looked up the number and read numerous other similar stories that these men are tortureing innocent people with such a scam using the IRS.
I contacted the BBB and told the agent about this call.
Karen immediately told me this is an awful scam. She said that the next call will be a solution to make this all go away by sending a pre-paid credit card,

Heavily accented guy says law suit filed against me from dept of treasury...need to call him back with my attorney...I can't believe some people actually fall for these scams...government deals through usps, got to keep them in business and they always send multiple copies of each letter...especially our IRS....find another pawn you scum.
