They have called a number of times for the past 2 weeks, it is unfortunate but they do have your information SS#, Checking account # and so on, the first step I made was to contact the people I made a loan through, they have it on file and told me it was a scam, to contact your 3 credit dept. Next step I made is call your bank, I changed my bank just to be on the safe side, really the police can't do anything, I did explain to my employer what had taken place and they now are screening the calls for the people that call if one goes through I speak spanish and they eventually hang up, or I just put them on hold & waste their time. Unfortunately some people have felt for this and actually paid $ to these people.

Spoke to my employer , said for me to call a return number of 760-566-6217. Concerning a financial fruad case. Caller identified himself as Officer Nell Smith and spoke with a strong mid-eastern or indian accent. Very poor English.
Same here. For the better part of the last hour I've been so busy warning my bank,filing complaints with CashNet,the FTC and anybody I can think of who might need to know about this. I'm not calling these hucksters;they can just sit and wait til hell freezes over. I wouldn't be so PO'd about this if they hadn't ended the call with that mock threat. I hope they find these jerks and shut them down.
