I got the same call as most of the rest here. I could not hear the female voice very well but I was pretty sure it was a fake anyway. I googled it and ended up here.
Received automated female voice saying "I regret to inform you that your Suntrust account has been locked. To unlock it please press 1 and you will be redirected to a teller". SOmething like that... and yeah, I do not have a Suntrust account, so I just hung up.
I just got this call and I do not have a SunTrust account. It seems like a bad attempt at a scam to get personal information. I pushed one and it said that my Mastercard, also don't have one, has been locked. I hung up after that message.
Yea...just received the same message. Thought it was wierd for being almost 11pm and that it was an electronic voice like that. Plus the fact the only suntrust account I ever had was a car loan and that was closed in June. I don't have a mastercard so I just hung up
