They call me every day and as soon as I pick up they hang up. When I try to call back they say the office is closed, please call during business hours. I called at 2pm on Thursday. Don't know what their definition of business hours is!
Several calls from this number. We usually screen through answering machine and they hang up during greeting. Saw name "Global Touch" listed with a different number as an ESCO (alternate electric/gas supplier). Googled "Global Touch" and this website also has 718 839 6905, 718 839 6901 and 718 475-4840. May be more.
They called and and ask about my vehicle. When I asked them who they are he stated my vehicle nissan and my vehicle type and year. Then asked how many miles do I presently had. I didn't see the harm in the info but afterwards asked again who they were and they stated that they are going to transfer me to a supervisor. Instead he hung up after I gave him the mileage. Tried calling back but getting after hours message and to call back. No company name nothing. Weird call and I feel he is gathering personal information little by little. Only received 1 call like this so far.
Same here, got call a couple of times. they new my name, type of vehicle and year. Told them to call me at better time. Then when asked why were they calling me they stated vehicle warranty renewal. My car has 168000 miles on it. Bought it used from a junk yard. A year ago. WHAT WARRANTY? lol but I played allong. Supervisor proceeded to explain that years ago "some co. Went bankrupt" so all extended warranty co. Had to be underwritten by the gov. For some strange reason he was planning to renew my warranty. Lmfao I wanted to see how far they would go. So I let him talk. Need less to say call got disconnected. Will they call back? Who knows only time will tell.check back ill post it. Oh yea just in case they called you dont be fools and give payment info with out checking them out. Especially bank or card info. Ps if your reading this and your part of this co. SUE me I welcome the challenge.
