Unbelievable! I also sell Avon, and I received a "Contact Customer" message from my website, from "Jenn Cox"...so I proceeded to e-mail this person asking where they saw my business card or brochure, and this is the e-mail response I received:

I would like to keep the order as a surprise for my family and inorder to make this a success I would like you to have the order shipped to your home and I will arrange for pick-up via USPS from your end. I will be sending you my Credit Card details for you to run all charges involved including tax. Below are the

As soon as I read the e-mail, my gut feeling is that it was a scam. The "Contact Customer" request I received also had this phone # (718-303-2156), so I decided to Google it, and I'm glad I did.
I had an someone contact me with this same number named James Lord and the email was identical to the one above. I have forwarded it to my district manager this morning but I have not heard back yet. I am glad I googled this. It looks like someone is dealing with a stolen credit card scam.
