A prerecorded message left on my voicemail purporting to be from the FTC. Says not to answer calls just like this one and to contact the FTC if you do! Message repeated until my voicemail terminated the call after two minutes.
Correction, upon listening again, did not purport to be from the FTC. In reality a series of unrelated messages about various government programs in two different voices that would have gone on as long as allowed. Obviously designed to burn up our voicemail, though for what purpose only these criminals know.
