Who called from 7183128722

Received a text message (7-30-2015 @ 8:41am Pacific Daylight Time) from 718-578-4986 threatening, and I quote, "We have received a legal application against your name and SSN which is going to downloaded in local county court. To get more information call is on 718-312-8722. HARRISON LAW FIRM."

Do they take people for idiots?  First, if this were true, you would not receive a text message, a Marshall or other authority would serve you and second, cases are not downloaded....how do we stop these scam artists?

Just called the 718-312-8722 and blocked my number...the scammers did not pick up!!!!

Just recieved a text message stating the same message as Milton stated in his post they are idiots and scammers!!!!!!!!!!

Same as all the rest! Got the message 5 minutes ago!

I just got the same stupid text...really idiot? The original number texting 718-578-4986 is a Text Plus VOIP line.  First and utmost no person from any government official would call from a voice imprint line...totally stupid...
Come serve me you idiot! Seriously!
