It's part of a skip tracing effort by a junk debt collection agency. Once they figure out their spoofed number has been blocked they switch to another spoofed number. No legit company would ever pursue any individual with such determination. They've got ulterior motives and they're not good.

Automated voice said that it was a return call from an inquiry about a back brace. I was curious so I clicked whatever number they said to get a person. The guy came on the line and he said is this (xxxxxx) my last name. Didn't even have the decency to call me Mr. (xxxxxx) anyway, he asked "Are you on medicare?" I said No. He disconnected the call and I got a dial tone after a few seconds. So long story short, Medicare fraud.
