Who called from 7183994419

Called my cell. Caller ID said New York so I did not answer. Left no message.

Caller ID showed "Pratt Institute."  No message left.

Called my cell phone. Caller ID stated NY. I did not answer. No message left.

Just received call on my cell#... As usual, these Phone SCAMMERS do not leave a message.

Called my work number.  Caller ID said Pratt Institute.  It was a robocall (recording) for a company claiming to have important information from 'my credit card company'.  I hung up.  Just another scam trying to get personal information.
