I.D. said "neighbor". Hardly...........

Just called and left no message. Caller Id says neighbor. Not my neighbor.

She said she was from Bank of America & was going to send us a new debit card, because someone had compromised our previous debit card, & she needed our debit card number.  (She didn't know that we don't have a debit card, & we don't have Bank of America either).

Caller ID says Neighbor, and I am clear across the country from New York.
They did not leave a message,
Surly spam or fraud.
