Senior citizens/everyone please DO NOT ANSWER - SCAM! Notice they don't say who they are, notice it first was a "pendant", then "system", first "certificates" then "certificate" and obviously you don't need to press 5 to tell YOUR agent you refuse shipment.
These are criminals. Do not answer your phone, then block. They call my house regularly and continue to change their phone number, so I just block as they come in. Poor things must not be able to get REAL jobs so they rely on stealing from seniors.
