Calling constantly, morning and night! I answer the phone " this call is recorded for legal purposes" and they hang up immediately! every time! When i don't answer, they don't leave a message. Annoying!!!
They call from about 6 different numbers and then when you do get someone on the phone, they are rude and asking ME the questions that they should have... Pioneer for Student Loans...
They just called me. Did not answer. I don't have any bad debts and have never had a student loan, so there's no reason for any collection agency calls.
Doesn't matter to them, as long as they can get someone to pay and make their commission. Sue them, like everyone else is and get paid for the harassment. Won't cost you a thing but a few hours of your time and you may make 10 grand or more sueing them.
