called, did not leave message.  I called back, number disconnected literally less than 60 seconds later.

I got the same thing about a shareholder vote, but for fidelity

Calls & doesn't leave a message. Called back it said disconnected less than 60 seconds time difference.

I answered this call on mute after Googling it. I said nothing and then after 10 seconds of silence the other side said "There appears to be no one on this line, the CSR is now disconnecting from this call."

It was a female clearly in the US, a native English speaker. Not sure who it was.
