Got multiple calls, 2-3 x/day from DF King from rotating phone numbers so couldn't block the calls. Finally realized they were a company calling for proxy votes and I called Fidelity and took my name off their phone notification list and the calls have stopped. So annoying.
I came home to the notice that I'd missed a call and had a message. The missed call was just listed as the phone number, but the message identified itself as being from DF King. It was about a fund I have money with, saying that I should have received papers recently for proxy voting and asking me please to vote. I haven't checked to see if I actually have the papers in my unopened mail, but it doesn't seem like a scam--they didn't ask me for any information or a callback or anything.
DF calls here a lot. Most of the time we ignore him; other times, we let him listen to loud noises or the television until he hangs up. If he's phishing for info about Wells Fargo, he's reached a dead end, as we have no accounts with them.
I've received numerous calls from DF KING using phone numbers 718-484-6251 and 718-484-6250. Also received calls from D King with phone number 718-559-4093. I've never answered and no messages were ever left.
